  • In beautiful Coronado, CA - an island 10 minutes outside of San Diego

When is the retreat ?

  • November 6-8 of 2025

Where should I fly into ?

  • San Diego airport is 15 minutes away (SAN)

Should I rent a car ?

  • My advice is NO. Coronado is a small beach town and almost everything is walkable.

  • Walking and Uber - as needed - is the way to go IMO.

Where should I stay ?

  • Hotel Del :: The best of the best. Historic & beautiful. The most expensive. A 13-minute walk to the retreat.

  • The Bower :: A beautiful boutique hotel. Pricey. A 14-minute walk to the retreat.

  • Hotel Marisol :: A really nice boutique hotel. More affordable. A 22-minute walk to the retreat.

  • 1906 Lodge :: Built in 1906, this property is charming & quaint. More affordable. A 16-minute walk to the retreat.

  • Other, affordable options within 15 minutes walking distance to the retreat are :: Coronado Beach Resort, El Cordova & Glorietta Bay Inn.

  • Please note that while the Marriott is a great option it is a 45-minute walk to the retreat.

When should I arrive ?

  • Please do everything you can to arrive by Thursday afternoon so that you can join us for the 6pm Welcome Dinner.

When should I depart ?

  • The retreat officially ends on Saturday night, but we will be gathering Sunday morning for coffee & good-byes.

  • Coronado is an amazing place that most fall in love with so if you can - consider extending your stay.

  • Quiet time by yourself after the retreat is usually a huge form of self-care, as opposed to running to the airport.
